How does the package credit model work?
You purchase a package of classes (e.g. 20, 50, 100, or 120 classes). When our academic coordinator schedules your classes into the calendar, no credits are deducted. A credit is deducted strictly when a class is completed by the teacher.
Can I reschedule a single class if something comes up?
Yes! Every class has its own independent record. An admin or teacher can reschedule one class without altering any other classes in your schedule.
What equipment does my child need?
Just a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a working web camera and microphone running Google Chrome, Safari, or Edge. No software installation is required.
How long is each live session?
Standard classes are 45 minutes—the optimal duration for sustained focus, energy, and engagement for children ages 3–9.
Are the teachers background checked?
Absolutely. All ZikuLearn educators undergo thorough background checks, academic credential verification, and live teaching evaluations.
